Our lead time
Custom cake orders requiere a minimum 2-3 weeks in advance. 1 week in advance in case of availability
Deposit & Payment
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the order. Full payment is due 2 days before the event or delivery date.
Change and cancellation
Customer can make changer to their orders up to 8 days before the event. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you decide to cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded, but it can be use as a credit towards a future cake order. While cancellations within 1-3 days are non- refundable and the deposit can not be use as a credit for other cake.
No replica design cake policy
I am committed to creating unique, custom cake designs tailored specifically to your event and
preferences. As part of this commitment, I do not replicate or recreate cakes or designs from other bakers, websites, or previous events. However, pictures for inspiration are welcome.
Why I hace this policy:
-Originality: our focus is on delivering one-of-a-
kind cakes that reflect the style and personality
of the event. By creating custom designs, we ensure each cake is a fresh and original
creation.
-Respect for artists: I honor the hard work and
creativity of other bakers by not directly
copying their designs. My goal is to offer
something truly unique for every client.
-Legal and ethical considerations: replicating
designs can lead to legal issues, as certain cake designs may be copyrighted or trademarked by
other bakers or companies.
